1) A game to help research.
Our goal is to better understand how people use their memory and sense of direction according to their age. We will not learn anything nor will we be able to disclose anything about how you personally use your memory. What we learn from our study will pertain to the general population and will be presented in scientific articles. You can find out more about our work at the end of the game!
2) What am I asked to do?
To help us better understand memory and sense of orientation, we simply ask you to follow the game instructions and then answer a questionnaire. To ensure reliable results, it is important to complete the game and the questionnaire without interruptions. This should take you between 30 and 45 minutes.
3) Is it dangerous?
It is no more dangerous than what you do every day. If you often feel sick during transportation, you may experience the same feeling during the game. If this happens, you are free to stop at any time by pressing the ESC/Escape key on your keyboard.
4) What happens to my personal data?
All your answers and game results are identified by a code number. We may ask for your age, for example, but never your name or any information that could identify or locate you.
5) Am I allowed to participate? Can I change my mind?
There are no specific conditions to fulfill, anyone can participate if they wish to. You can also withdraw at any time by pressing the ESC/Escape key on your keyboard.
